How does the sourcing and shipping process work?

Every single item we source goes through a rigorous authentication and luxury standard inspection. Because our elite personal shoppers are stationed in and out of state, they carefully secure your items and ship them directly to HQ first.

Once your pieces arrive at HQ, we perform a final quality check, record a private preview video of your items so you can see them live, and immediately package them for premium shipping to your door. The complete process from secure sourcing to your doorstep takes approximately 2 weeks.
